Description: This measure counts the number of single family homes and townhouses that are issued permits to be built on a monthly basis within the county.

Analysis:

128 New Single Family dwelling unit permits were issued in January 2018.  This represents a 6% increase in the number of new SF permits issued compared to last fiscal year.
