Description:

This demonstrates the timeliness of response by either a Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Life Support (ALS) vehicle to the scene. The goal is to have the average time from dispatch to arrival on scene in 6 minutes or less for the response vehicle of an emergency.

Analysis:

Emergency Services has improved the average time it takes for the first unit to arrive on scene by 1.2 minute  through in January FY18 as compared to FY17.
